Delete your account
You can delete your ObraMaestra account whenever you want, by yourself, without asking anyone. It's immediate and cannot be undone.
How to do it
- Sign in to ObraMaestra (in the app or on the web).
- Open Account from the menu.
- Scroll down to Delete account, at the bottom of the page.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your personal data: name, email, phone, tax ID, logo and billing details.
- Your quotes, projects, clients and site notes, with their photos and audio.
- Any contact details of your own clients that you saved.
- Your catalog, labor rates and preferences.
- The files you uploaded.
What we keep, and for how long
If we issued invoices for your payments, tax law requires us to keep the record for 6 years. What remains is the amount, date, country and document number, with your identifier replaced by a code that cannot be traced back to you. None of it includes your name, email or tax ID.
We also keep your address on our email suppression list if you ever asked us to stop writing. That is precisely so we never write again.
If you have a subscription
It is cancelled automatically when you delete the account, and you won't be charged again. If you want a refund for a recent charge, ask before deleting: afterwards we won't be able to identify you.
What if I change my mind?
There is no undo: we don't keep a copy to restore. What does free up is your email address, so you can sign up again with it and start fresh.
Can't sign in?
Write to us from the address you signed up with and we'll do it for you within 30 days: granmaestro@obramaestra.com
